Conducted spatial & ethnographic research on "Kudet" (housing vs. tuberculosis) in dense areas of Senen, Central Jakarta. Developed tactical urban design outputs and successfully presented the proposals at Balai Kota Jakarta.

Developed detailed 3D BIM models and architectural drawings for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors using Autodesk Revit. Managed and updated structural and architectural floor plans to ensure precision during the building renovation phase.

Supervised daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with technical drawings and schedules. Managed site documentation (reports, photos) and coordinated with contractors to resolve field issues.
